Our stay left much to be desired, especially since it was the final stop on our honeymoon. While the rooms were small and the overall maintenance lacking, the breakfast options were unsatisfactory. The staff wasn’t rude, but definitely didn’t prioritize our comfort. The location was decent, situated in a quiet neighborhood, which was one of the few highlights of our experience.

Rooms

The rooms were tiny and poorly maintained, with unpleasant views and cleanliness issues.
Service

While the staff wasn't outwardly rude, I felt like we were treated as second-class citizens and there was a lack of genuine assistance.
Location

The hotel is located in a pleasant residential area, making it feel secure and peaceful, though a bit away from the city center.
Dining

Breakfast was mediocre at best, with poorly prepared food and lacking options, which felt like an afterthought.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Providencia. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit on the small side, which is something to consider when booking. The quiet location provided a nice atmosphere, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. However, I was surprised by an unexpected service surcharge at checkout that I wish had been disclosed upfront. Overall, it offers good value for money in a charming area.

The breakfast included was pretty standard, but they were happy to cook eggs to order, which was a nice touch.

No major facilities like a pool, but the essentials were covered well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

This boutique hotel has a charming vibe and some wonderful staff who really try to accommodate guests. However, the rooms are quite small and some could be cleaner, which might not suit everyone. The location is peaceful but a bit distant from restaurants and shopping options. Overall, while there are some positives, the noise and size of the rooms are significant drawbacks for a longer stay.

Rooms

The rooms were quite small and needed some maintenance, with wallpaper peeling in places. The superior room was tiny, making it challenging to navigate with more than one piece of luggage.

I had a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel located in a peaceful residential area. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made our short stay enjoyable. While the rooms were clean and cozy, they were a bit small compared to typical North American hotel rooms. The breakfast was excellent and a great value. However, the location was a bit distant from downtown attractions, which could be a downside for some travelers.

I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. While the staff was quite accommodating and tried their best to be helpful, the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of space and comfort. Additionally, the dining options, particularly breakfast, were underwhelming. The location was decent, but not particularly vibrant. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown given the expectations for a boutique stay.

The rooms were very small and cramped, making it difficult to navigate with bags. Our upgraded room still felt basic with awkwardly placed bathroom fixtures. Rating: 5/10
